You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. DYNAMAXX products and the DYNAMAXX income opportunity cannot be offered, shipped into or sold in any country outside of those countries that are previously authorized by DYNAMAXX. DYNAMAXX is planning to expand its sales into other markets, accordingly, please check for updates periodically.

4. DYNAMAXX INDEPENDENT MEMBERS

DYNAMAXX products and services are sold through DYNAMAXX’s network of Independent Members. You do not have to become an Independent Member to purchase DYNAMAXX goods or services. 5. DYNAMAXX INDEPENDENT MEMBER WEBSITES

DYNAMAXX Independent Members may not have their own Internet websites. Members are provided their own DYNAMAXX replicated site to ensure that its website content is accurate and that it fully complies with all DYNAMAXX rules, policies, and procedures, including, without limitation, DYNAMAXX’s Policies and Procedures and all applicable federal and state rules and regulations.

6. DYNAMAXX CUSTOMER GUARANTEE

DYNAMAXX guarantees the quality of any product that carries the DYNAMAXX name and certifies that its products meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, a retail customer is not completely satisfied with any DYNAMAXX product purchased from DYNAMAXX.com, we offer an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Request a refund from DYNAMAXX within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product by contacting our Customer Service Department at support@dynamaxx.com. This guarantee is limited only by the terms of specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any damaged or misused product.
