Thank you for shopping at Dynamaxx.com. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping options at checkout include:

Standard (USPS/UPS) 3–7 business days $5.95 or Free on orders over $75
Expedited 2–3 business days $12.95
Express 1–2 business days $24.95

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to purchase, please contact our support team at support@dynamaxx.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

You can also track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email or by visiting our Order Tracking page.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses. Please select Standard Shipping at checkout. Delivery times may be longer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
