REFUND POLICY

TERMINATED/ VOLUNTARILY TERMINATED MEMBER:

Can return reusable/resaleable/unexpired product within 30 days of purchase date.

Must have obtained an RMA number from CS.

RMA number must be located on the exterior of the shipped package and sent to DYNAMAXX for reimbursement calculations.

Once received if products are deemed reusable/resaleable/unexpired, DYNAMAXX will reimburse said purchaser 90% of the purchased cost of your current/last placed order. Shipping and handling charges incurred by you when the products were purchased will not be refunded.

If the product being returned is a previous order, and a newer one has been placed since…Once received, if products are deemed reusable/resaleable/unexpired, DYNAMAXX will reimburse said purchaser 30% of the purchased cost of your said order. In accordance with the Seventy Percent Rule, (details listed in section 6.1 of the DYNAMAXX POLICIES AND PROCEDURES).

Refunds will be processed within 48hr from being received and reviewed/processed by the company to the same account and form of payment used to purchase the product.

MEMBER:

If not 100% satisfied with our products, reusable/resaleable/unexpired products may be returned for a refund* or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.

If more than one order is returned within a six (6) month period, the company may consider this an act of voluntary termination and terminate your member agreement.

REFUSED PRODUCT. If you order products and then refuse delivery, your order will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and other procedures for return therein, and we may charge you for the return shipping costs. If more than one order is refused within a six (6) month period, the Company may consider this an act of voluntary termination and terminate your Member Agreement.

Any product bought by said MEMBER for resale is not covered by the 30-day money back guarantee by DYNAMAXX.

RETAIL FROM SITE(S):

Can return reusable/resaleable/unexpired product within 30 days of purchase date.

Must have obtained an RMA number from CS. RETAIL RMAs are valid for thirty (30) days from the day the item(s) were purchased.

RMA number must be located on the exterior of the shipped package and sent to DYNAMAXX Pre-paid for reimbursement calculations. DYNAMAXX does not accept shipping-collect packages. DYNAMAXX is not responsible for a loss during shipment of the returned product.

Once received if products are deemed reusable/resaleable/unexpired, DYNAMAXX will reimburse said purchaser 100% of the purchased cost of your current /last placed order. Shipping and handling charges incurred by you when the products were purchased will not be refunded.

REFUND FROM CANCELLED ORDER (RO):

If an order is cancelled after a MEMBER/RETAIL CUSTOMER’s RO has run, a 10% restocking and refund fee will be incurred by the customer.
